Radu Dragusin’s agent Florin Manea has now addressed the speculation linking the centre-back with a move to Tottenham, admitting that the 21-year-old is keen on moving to the Premier League.
If some reports over the last 48 hours are to be believed, Spurs are wasting no time in trying to get a deal for Dragusin over the line, with the Lilywhites allegedly keen on bringing him through the door by the end of this week (Daily Mail).
On Tuesday, Fabrizio Romano revealed that Spurs are now confident of striking an agreement with Genoa, with the two clubs said to be in advanced talks after the centre-back agreed to personal terms with the North London club.

Surprisingly, Manea has now hinted that Dragusin is yet to agree a deal with Spurs, stating that his client will enter into talks with the North London side only after they agree a fee with Genoa.
The Romanian’s agent also seemed to suggest that the race for the player still remains open.
Manea told TV Play (as relayed by journalist Marco Giordano): “If Tottenham come to an agreement with Genoa, then we’ll sit down and talk. His dream is the Premier League.
“The last meeting lasted three weeks, let’s wait to understand how the negotiations go. Italy? There is also interest from Milan but we need to talk to Genoa. He will cost €25m-€30m million. Naples? They never contacted me.”

It could simply be the case that Manea is being diplomatic until Genoa and Tottenham agree on a transfer fee. His admission about Dragusin being keen on moving to the Premier League is perhaps a giveaway that the 21-year-old is keen to seal a switch to Spurs.
