Over the past couple of months, several Spanish outlets have talked up the chances of Lo Celso returning to Betis this summer, five years on from swapping the Seville club for Tottenham Hotspur.
ABC bring the latest on the matter, stating that the La Liga side see this summer as the ideal opportunity to bring the Argentine back to the Benito Villamarin Stadium.
The report points out that Lo Celso still holds a deep affection for the Spanish side, which might aid their efforts to land him.

Tottenham are thought to be demanding a fee of around €15m to let the 28-year-old leave but Manuel Pellegrini’s men allegedly do not want to pay more than €10m.
The report suggests that since Lo Celso has just a year left on his contract at Spurs, he can threaten to run down his contract, thus forcing the Lilywhites to lower their valuvation.,
The publication adds that the player’s desire could be key to the operation, with Betis ready to fight ‘until the end’ to land the midfielder.
