Report: How much Spurs would now accept for Harry Kane as Bayern ready club-record bid

The Daily Mail have revealed that Daniel Levy would be tempted to sell Harry Kane if Bayern Munich offer £90m for the striker.

Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen and technical director Marco Neppe flew into London for talks with Levy on Monday but according to David Ornstein, the parties did not reach a breakthrough and remain £25m apart in their valuations.

This was also backed up by Sky Sports Football Daily, who added that Spurs are also insisting on adding a buy-back clause to the deal.

Bayern remain positive in Harry Kane talks

The Mail have now explained that the mood of Dreesen and Neppe was positive when they landed back in Munich at 7.10 PM on Monday following the aforementioned talks with Levy.

It is explained that the Bundesliga giants are expected to submit a club-record offer of £85m for Kane and are set to offer the striker a four-year deal at the Allianz Arena.

The publication further adds that while Levy wants at least £100m for his star man, it is believed an offer in the region of £90m would tempt the Spurs chairman to sell the player.

I suspect that we will see both parties eventually agree on a fee in the region of £90m plus add-ons for Kane. Tottenham certainly cannot afford for these negotiations to drag on until the final few days of the transfer window.
