Tottenham and Man United also linked with Kilman

If you have been following Spurs Web’s coverage, you would know that Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United have been mooted as the two leading contenders for Kilman’s signature over the past week (GiveMeSport).

However, it now turns out that the race for the Wolves captain is now intensifying, with a couple of Premier League clubs seeing their offer turned down.

According to HITC, apart from Spurs and Manchester United, the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, West Ham and Newcastle are also keeping tabs on Kilman.

Competition heating up for Max Kilman

In fact, the outlet reveals that the Hammers saw their £30m offer for the centre-back turned down last week, with Wolves making it clear that the Englishman is valued at £50m.

The report says that Newcastle subsequently also made a bid for Kilman, offering a similar fee to West Ham and also including young midfielder Elliot Anderson in the proposal.

However, this has once again been allegedly sent back by the Midlands club, with the Magpies now expected to return with an improved offer.

Spurs Web Opinion

We know that Kilman has been on Tottenham’s radar for quite a long time but it does not appear as if the Lilywhites have substantiated their interest in the centre-back this summer.

That could be because the Wolves star is not overly keen on a move to Spurs over fears of warming the bench.
