Ange Postecoglou wants to rebuild this summer
The report says that Postecoglou seeks reinforcements across the pitch this summer as he aims to build a squad that can compete on multiple fronts next season.
It is alleged that the Tottenham hierarchy will back the Australian and give him the resources he needs to be able to do so, with the North London club expected to target as many as five new signings.
However, one must take into account potential player sales too, with Spurs looking to offload a number of first-team players this summer.

Spurs have a budget of £100m this summer
According to the report, the Spurs boss will have a budget of £100m to spend this transfer window in addition to the funds raised through player sales.
It is alleged that a significant portion of that fee could go towards a deal for Ivan Toney, with Postecoglou said to have identified the Brentford star as a ‘priority target’.
The report adds that Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze is also at the top of Spurs’ wishlist but the Eagles are keen to retain the attacking midfielder’s services for next season.
Spurs Web Opinion
Tottenham will be hoping to raise potentially another £100m from sales this summer.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Giovani Lo Celso, Emerson Royal, Djed Spence, Joe Rodon, Oliver Skipp and perhaps Troy Parrott could potentially give Postecoglou a war chest of £200m to spend on new recruits.
