Report: Tottenham target is ‘completely uninterested’ in joining the club

GFFN have claimed that Kylian Mbappe has no intention of joining Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

Paris Saint-Germain are now reportedly trying to cash in on Mbappe, who has just one year left on his contract with the Ligue 1 giants, with Marca being the first outlet to report on Saturday that Tottenham had expressed an interest in the World Cup winner.

The publication revealed that the Lilywhites were competing with the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Al-Hilal, Real Madrid, and AC Milan, for the French superstar.

Tottenham’s interest in Mbappe was subsequently backed up by L’Equipe on Monday but the outlet added that Real Madrid were ‘huge favourites’ to land the Frenchman.

The report further revealed that Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal were also readying an eye-watering €300m (£259.2m) offer for the forward.

Kylian Mbappe has no interest in joining Spurs

GFFN have now asserted that Mbappe is ‘completely interested’ in making a move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

In fact, it is explained that there has been no contact between Spurs and the PSG star’s entourage, and that the idea is primarily being sold by intermediaries.

It makes sense that it would be the intermediaries selling the idea of Mbappe being loaned to Spurs for a season, particularly given PSG’s interest in Kane.

I do not think anyone at Tottenham would seriously think they stand a realistic chance of winning the race for the 24-year-old.
